Congratulations to Amy & Emily (Marian Gymnastics) who recently returned from the 2019 edition of Elite Gym Massilia in Marseille France.
Amy & Emily teamed up with Makenna & Samantha from Flip City Gymnastics to create “Team Flip City/Saskatchevan” in the Open Massilia event where they did amazing. These four athletes finished the team competition with a score of 144.483, placing 5th. This score happened to be the top score of all Canadian teams in attendance!
There were 105 athletes that competed in the Open Massilia event, Emily placed 2nd all around, while Amy finished 17th all around. Emily qualified for Beam & Floor finals where she placed 8th and 7th respectively.
