Modified Competition 1 WAG Coaching Course

This will be a modified delivery of the NCCP Competition 1 Women’s Artistic Gymnastics coaching course. The delivery of this Competition 1 WAG (C1 WAG) course has been modified due to current COVID-19 restrictions. During this modified course, coaches will be led through PowerPoint presentations, work on setting up drills for skill acquisition, and discuss spotting techniques and styles. Since the coaches will not be completing the entirety of the course content, they will still be considered to have “in-training” status until all components have been complete. At a later date, coaches must register for a “Spotting Day”, where they will physically practice the spotting skills required to complete the C1 WAG course content. In addition, coaches will also be required to attend the C1 Theory online course to obtain the Theory component.
