Foundations Parkour Coaching Course

The Parkour Foundations course is for coaches interested in leading introductory Parkour classes for participants over the age of 6. The goal of Parkour Foundations is to provide coaches with the tools and fundamental coaching skills to be able to confidently teach Parkour programming.
Coaches must complete the GF Introduction, GF Theory and GF Artistic course before taking this course.
