Gymnastics Saskatchewan is looking for a qualified professional to take on the role of full-time Technical
and Events Director. This senior staff member is responsible for overseeing the technical needs and the
growth and development of all facets of our competitive gymnastics disciplines offered in the province.
Working in cooperation with, and overseeing a team of staff, club coaches and volunteers, the Technical
Director provides expert strategic direction and leadership to the provincial gymnastics community at
large. This position is also responsible for the planning and implementation of 2-3 annual major
provincial, western/or national events held in Saskatchewan.

We are seeking a self-motivated leader, a strategic and visionary thinker, an efficient and effective
manager and a good communicator with experience in:
• Sport administration, program development and implementation;
• Event planning and management;
• Financial management;
• Leading and supervising staff and volunteers;
• Strategic and business planning.

The successful candidate will have a gymnastics background and a university degree/post-secondary
education in a related field.
