In this NCCP Level 2 Trampoline Technical course coaches will learn how to spot on the trampoline, with a throw mat and using a spotting belt. This course will cover progressions for front tuck, back tuck/pike/layout, front 3/4, porpoise, ball-out, back ¾, back 1 ¼, barani’s, arabian ¾ and back full.
