Coach & Physical Therapist, Alexandra Zaluski, will discuss how to develop effective and efficient conditioning programs to optimize physiological adaptation and performance through discussions on: 1) how to target strength, endurance, speed and power (ex: sets, reps, intensity, tempo, rest) and 2) what time of the season each should be prioritized (ex: preparation, competition, transition).
