Gymnastics Foundations Introduction & Artistic Coaching Courses **FULL

This course was supposed to run Dec 12 & 13 but was postponed until Jan 2 & 3. This course is currently full.
Please note: This course does not include the GF Theory course. Coaches will need to register for the GF Theory course separately.
The GF Introduction NCCP coaching course is an 8 hour active course taught in the gym. It is relevant to all gymnastics disciplines (Active Start, Artistic, Trampoline & Rhythmic). The course will cover the Fundamentals of gymnastics while developing fitness abilities and having fun.
The GF Artistic NCCP course is also an 8 hour active course taught in the gym. In this course coaches will learn Fundamental Movement Patterns (landings, stationary positions, locomotion, rotation, spring and swing) and basic skills specific to artistic gymnastics. Coaches will be equipped to coach Recreational Artistic participants 6 years old and older.
