Presentor Alynn Bomok will review the concept of planning for your athlete’s season based on their age and level of performance. We’ll discuss the length of the season, periodization into training phases and cycles by identifying priorities within each. We’ll discuss progressive development of physical attributes and peaking for major events. Coaches should plan to bring and work on their own past or current plans.
