FREE – GFA Virtual Workshop – Landings

This virtual workshop will be facilitated by Nicolas Hallgrimson through Zoom.
Time: 1:00 CST (Saskatchewan Time) (approximately 60 min.)
Description: This talk will involve an in depth look at landings through a biomechanics lens, addressing the mechanical principle basics, athlete injury risk, center of mass, and a look at his own research he recently completed for his Masters degree examining landing asymmetry. This talk will build on existing knowledge and give the listener a deeper understanding of arguably the most important and most common aspect of gymnastics, landings.

Participants from Saskatchewan must be registered members with Gymnastics Saskatchewan and will receive this workshop for free.
Registrants from other provinces will be charged $10.00.
