Gymnastics Foundations Active Start

The GF Active Start NCCP coaching course is and 8 hour active course taught in the gym. It is designed for coaches working with preschool age children. Coaches are introduced to the Active Start approach, the Active Start (AS) child, the AS lesson and the AS program. Coaches will be equipped to coach participants under 6 years old.
